    Bookings are made under accommodation terms and conditions 2023-24. 

    Only available to current Royal Holloway students.

    Student ID number must be provided when booking.

    Please bring your own duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils.

    Students can book up to 29 nights per booking from Saturday 8th June, departing no later than Saturday 14th September. 

    If necessary please make more than one booking to cover your total period of stay. Multiple bookings are required for interrupted stays and any break in booking requires the room to be fully vacated in the interim period of unoccupation.

    Please note in addition to the standard terms and conditions applicable to your booking, you will need to comply with the College’s General Rules and Regulations contained in the Student Handbook 2023/24 and current edition of ‘The Guide to Living in Halls.’  

    Accommodation is only available to current Royal Holloway students. Please indicate your student id number in the booking notes section with your reservation when booking.

    Accommodation is provided over 3 floors, with staircase access.
